- Handling of Accounts up to finalisation of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
- Prepare the MIS report monthly basis (Funds flow statement, P&L and Balance Sheet)
- Making the data entry for your entire accounts, (Payment, Expenses, Sales, Purchase, Journal etc)
- Doing all bank reconciliation
- Doing reconciliation with debtors bills and provides the exact outstanding report periodically.
- Doing reconciliation with creditors bills
- Filing of monthly sales tax return, all transaction relates to sales tax will taken care by us (notices, summons, assessment, form WW etc)
- Send the periodical report to follow up of Debtors and Organising of Creditors payments reports
- Reconciliation and scrutinizing of all ledgers and Bank
- Organize to prepare the Board Resolution and issuance of share certificate as per the allotments.
- Physical stock verification to be done periodically
- Doing the accounts finalisation and filing of the IT return.
- Handling of service tax matters i.e. registration, tax payment and return
- Handling of TDS related matter, payment, return and issuance of form 16
